Sticky Notes, Vol. 3

Another month, another edition of Sticky Notes on No Cap Space! Whose takes aged well and whose didn't after another month of play? We grade them all out.

Welcome back to Sticky Notes!

The race for top Ball-Knower is heating up as we continue to see what takes age over the course of the WNBA season. For those that are just seeing this project for the first time or need a quick refresh on how the game works, here’s the format…

Sticky Notes are for the entire season. So what you put down in our subscriber chat will be constantly re-evaluated and ranked throughout the season. At the conclusion of each of these pieces, we’ll reopen a new Sticky Notes thread, allowing everyone to continue to put in new takes as they come to mind.

At the end of the year, all of the takes will be ranked. Whoever has the best take percentage (minimum 5 takes throughout the year) will be crowned as the Supreme Ball-Knower of the 2025 WNBA season. Maybe we’ll throw in some Homefield merch too!

Our ranking system is as follows…

• Aging (or aged) like wine (good to very good take) : +2 Points

• Aging (or aged) like cheese (wide range of outcomes) : +1 Point

• Aging (or aged) like milk (bad to very bad) : -1 Point
