Few programs in college basketball are as consistent as Aaron Johnston’s South Dakota State Jackrabbits.
Since becoming an NCAA Division I program in 2005, Johnston’s Jacks have finished with less than 20 wins just once; it was 2005-2006 season. They went 19-9.
Brooklyn Meyer, the latest in a proud SDSU lineage of All-American caliber forwards, came of age in what can be considered the peak of Jackrabbits women’s basketball. Which is why this opportunity, this chance to meet or exceed those lofty highs, feels all the more surreal.
