Dream Look to Continue Success in Smesko System During the Playoffs
The Dream have been able to execute at a high level offensively in Karl Smesko's system for a number of reasons. They'll need all of them against the Indiana Fever.
Friday afternoon the Atlanta Dream got further proof that the Karl Smesko system works and can be pretty dangerous heading into the playoffs.
Allisha Gray was named to the AP All-WNBA First Team, Naz Hillmon was named AP 6th Woman of the Year and Rhyne Howard was named the league’s Eastern Conference Player of the Week. These accolades coupled with the team’s franchise record 30 wins this year show that Smesko’s 3-point oriented offensive style of play is paying dividends.
