For Kierstan Bell, everything started with the little habits. Just a couple games after the Aces barely beat the Dallas Wings in Michelob Ultra Arena, the 25 year old guard realized that she needed to improve. There were small things around the house, from getting to sleep a bit earlier to changing up small things about her diet. Every day, she’d read her bible verses and practice gratitude.

And then she’d go in to Las Vegas Aces practice and play the role of superstar.
