Soooo...it was Jewell Loyd that filed the complaint, not the players, management, or owners? And why release her name now, after the complaint has been found without merit? Even if the case is closed, how much trust is left in the organization. Can't wait to see who is left unprotected in the expansion draft.

I did find it interesting that they released her name in the reporting after the fact so haphazardly. But it's either trade or leave her to Golden State. It doesn't feel like whatever is happening now is tenable.

Thank you! We wanted a companion to Five Out that was a little more discussion and conversation oriented so there will for sure be more of this!

Read about the Seattle situation and I had a ton of questions, lots of red flags. I have never heard of a Federal level complaint about a basketball team. Not even with Golden State and the Punch or the DV situations. A lot of them answered or echoed here with minimal hot takes and speculations, with the proper caveats applied. The ideas of context and who benefits are excellent guides for parsing future stories. Good work.

Thanks a ton! The entire thing is super weird and the more info that comes out the worse it all looks!
